Teaching Policies & Procedures

Instructors
Les Bébés Amphibies will provide qualified instructors fully trained in their Aquatic Safety & Swimming Skills method.
02.
Program
Les Bébés Amphibies instructors who work in the water will teach a program focusing on Aquatic Safety and Swimming Skills, aiding correct stroke technique through repetition, word association, demonstration and manipulation.
03.
Absence
It is our policy to endeavour to provide a temporary replacement instructor in the event of any instructor absence, wherever possible.
04.
Replacement
We reserve the right to replace instructors, if necessary once the term has started.
05.
Responsibility
Les Bébés Amphibies can only be responsible for students during their swimming lessons and parents and/or guardians are responsible at all other times.
06.
Changing Rooms
Children up to 8 years of age may change in either sex change room. Or use family room if available. This may differ depending on the requirements of the venue.
07.
Insurance
The Instructor retains a comprehensive Public Liability Insurance Policy, a copy of which can be presented on demand.
08.
Cancellation
Les Bébés Amphibies reserves the right to cancel or amend lessons and courses in exceptional circumstances.
09.
Class Numbers
Class numbers are limited to max 4 babies / children per class and up to max 6 children per class in the advanced lessons.
10.
Missed Lessons
Vouchers are issued to replace any missed lessons due to Bebes Amphibies Annual closures or pool closure. Valid with an active subscription they allow you to book another lesson at your convenience, but are not added to the end of your subscription.
11.
Communication
One adult per child has to be in the water. Parents must never distract the swimming Instructor during lessons and should direct all communication by email.
12.
Certificates
If a certificate has been printed incorrectly please return it to the instructor and we will issue a new certificate free of charge.
